Shipping turn around time depends on where you are in the world. Typically shipping speed is 2 to 4 business days. Please be aware that shipping speed and processing time are two different variables. Orders processed here will take anywhere between 5-20 Business days to arrive. Each product has a specific processing time which can be found in the product description. If product is available for Next Day Shipping it will be clearly specified. After purchase delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We currently offer all wigs cap size using the standard sizes as follow:
Small Cap Size : 21" - 21.5"
Medium Cap Size : 22" - 22.5"
Large Cap Size : 23" - 23.5"
Most of the creative wigs are sold out because we only make one of each design. The goal of the creative wigs is to create a design that is one of one. Unfortunately, creative wigs are not available for remake. We encourage you to subscribe to email list to be updated on new releases.
No, we do not accept rush orders.
Yes, though we always aim to make sure our customers love our products, if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Product must be un-worn and in its' original packaging. Just email us directly within 7 Days of receiving product and we’ll take you through the process.
